How we assess providers

Our MDPA (Market Dominance & Pricing Audit) framework analyzes three key pillars:

1. Pricing Transparency:Are fees publicly visible, or hidden behind “Enquire Now” forms?
2. Digital Presence:Is the website original, or does it share infrastructure with other providers?
3. Outcomes:Do they publish student completion and employment data?

RTO Audit Marking Rules

If a provider is white-label and not marked as white-label in our system, we apply a -20 point penalty.

Clone providers are not registered in the system at all.
