Step-by-step pathway to your Victoria real estate license

  1. 1Complete a CPP41419 Cert IV Real Estate Practice Course from an approved RTO.
  2. 2Apply for and receive your Agent's Representative certificate.
  3. 3Work under the supervision of a licensed agent for minimum 12 months full-time equivalent.
  4. 4Complete specified CPD training requirements (12 hours every 3 years).
  5. 5To become a Full Agent, complete additional experience and meet financial requirements.
  6. 6To obtain an Estate Agent's Licence, meet further experience, qualification and financial criteria.
